About Howard Grattan, MD

Dr. Grattan is a fellowship trained and double-board-certified pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. His training was completed at Loma Linda University known for a focus on whole person care.

He uses this training to address the multiple facets of the patients’ lives that are contributing to their suffering. Dr. Grattan uses multiple diagnostic and treatment modalities to accomplish functional improvements above and beyond pain control, including NCS/EMG, fluoroscopically guided injections and radiofrequency ablation to name a few. He is comfortable treating all painful conditions and works to minimize opioid pain medications.
