Soothing Somatic Yoga is a kind and gentle approach incorporating slow, mindful movements that raise bodily awareness to heal persistent tension-based patterns in the body. This class is suitable for beginners and adults with chronic pain and or limited mobility.

- Friday days at 12:30 p.m.
- 75 minute classes
- $5 fee paid online
- Yoga mats supplied
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring mask, water, towel
