Soothing Somatic Yoga is a kind and gentle exercise approach incorporating slow, mindful movements that raise bodily awareness to heal persistent tension-based patterns in the body. This class is suitable for beginners and adults with chronic pain and or limited mobility.

- Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Restorative Yin
- 60-minute classes
- $5 fee paid online
- Yoga mats supplied
- Wear comfortable clothing
