Soothing Somatic Yoga is a kind and gentle approach incorporating slow, mindful movements that raise bodily awareness to heal persistent tension-based patterns in the body. This class is suitable for beginners and adults with chronic pain and or limited mobility.

  • Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday days at 12:30 p.m.
  • 75 minute classes
  • $5 fee paid online
  • Yoga mats supplied
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Bring mask, water, towel
